HK45CT V3 with CT LGD-645 IR Laser (aka MK24 Mod 0)
This is your chance to potentially own a civilian Mk24 Mod 0 with the CT LGD-645 IR Laser. I was getting into 45 ACP guns but I've lost interest in acquiring 45 ACP ammo since trading off my Springfield TRP...
This HK is unfired, BH date coded, German made HK 45 CT V3 with the proper Mk24 Mod 0 Mepro Night Sights ... V3 is the decock variant that was adopted by the SEALs.
Accompanying this setup is the proper, brand new Crimson Trace LGD-645 IR Laser with a unicorn ENG645 serial prefix (slotted for Mk24 Mod 0 testing).
This is not a V1 or V7 converted gun, you can find those all day...
The Mk24 will also come with a total of 6-10rd magazines.
Only thing I've done is lubricated it and added an o-ring behind the factory thread protector.
Parting this out is not an option. My price is pretty firm at $1500 shipped...paypal friends and family preferred...but will take personal or certified check...no money order as my post office never has enough...all payments must clear before I ship. I will be on vacation from Sept 29th to Oct 5th...I won't have access to electronics.

Looking for help to build a HK 416 CAG
Hey all,
I recently got in contact with someone who says that he'd be able to do anodizing work for firearms, which piqued my interest as I've wanted to re-create this 416 CAG for some time. I wanted to share my idea and see if I'm headed in the right direction.
Currently my thought process is:
Purchase a HK MR556 Lower, such as this one on GB
and
Purchase a stripped upper, like this one on HKParts.
Then have both receivers anodized and laser engraved to match the 416 CAG.
Lower parts:
V7 battle grip, RAL 8000
FDE buffer tube
Magpul CTR stock (tan) or LMT Sopmod stock (tan) - haven't decided yet
Upper parts:
Ejection Port cover, RAL 8000 - this one might be hard to track down
Geissele HK Rail (DDC)
Piston Rod Assembly - Seems to be sold out most places atm
Piston - I have an extra HKParts titanium one in my parts drawer
Stainless steel or titanium barrel nut? The german one is out of stock - What is best advised here?

Where I need some guidance:
Barrel: Only barrel that comes to mind would be one though Nefarious Arms. How are these barrels? I know it won't be as nice as the barrel on my BF upper is, but what are people's experiences with them? Is there any other barrels you guys recommend? Geissele teased about making 416 barrels, but I won't hold my breath.
Gas Block:
I have used my 416 BF with its vented gas block before, although I have not shot it suppressed, as I do not have my suppressor yet. I see that the US and German vented gas blocks are sold out on HKParts, but the non-vented gas block is available. For those that have shot both (@Brad4065?), is there a noticeable difference between the two? Should I wait til the vented gas blocks get restocked?
BCG:
I do not mind "sharing" the bolt between my BF and this CAG build, but ideally I'd like to have its own bolt for this. What is recommended here? Would a MR556 bolt suffice?
Have I missed anything? I'm sure I have.
Any help is appreciated!

LWRC SMG questions... if anyone has obtained one
Well, its no secret these share similar design to the HK UMP, including using its mags, and what appears to be the stock. Mine just shipped today, so I wanted to get some magazines, and I plan on doing a Form 1 SBR and swapping the pistol stock to the UMP correct folding stock...
My questions are has anyone on here dealt with the US made UMP mags, or any of the aftermarket stocks? It includes two US made UMP mags, and the SB folding stock, so in my mind, I can just order the German or APC folding stock, and my choice of either the $50 US mags, or $80 German mags, but I wanted to at least make sure which the better components were.

Locking Piece question
My PTR x39 came with a #32 LP. What degree is this piece? I'm running my x39 with a 15 degree LP in FA no issues and was wondering if I can use this 32 LP in FA?

At present we have about 120 barrels spoken for so in this thread I will offer the last 50 to whomever speaks for them first
we will start the count at 121 and end at 170
if we get that far I will start a new lot of barrels and I should have a estimate of when I can expect them to be available
the cost for the barrels are 445.00 and we require you to contact us at beth@nefariousarms.com
at that point we will email you back a copy of our barrel pre-order form for you to fill out and mail back to us with a deposit of 75.00 for each barrel
we expect to be sending the current lot of barrels out in mid October this is our best guess
we hit a few snags on our original estimate but things are running smother now
