I was looking at what POF had available and noticed that POF has that reverse stretch (RS). Are there any reverse stretch MP5K's in serious use? Or is this an import for Americans type of thing?

And another thing, is do you guys like a RS, K, or full size MP5 the best? I just got the full size Zenith from Atlantic. It is the ultimate bad ass ninja swat gun.

The only regret I have is not buying one sooner. I promise you will not regret buying one.

** NOTE: I mistakenly refer to the pistol as the Z5-P, it's the Z5-RS. Which is weird, because it's not a Reverse Stretch (I own one).**


It was finally time to grab a Zenith gun, and quite frankly, I can't believe I wanted this long!

I don't have a negative thing to say about the gun, and given it's a clone, that's quite a leap. I've been on the clonership train for about a decade, and I'm constantly amazed how far we've come. It really is the golden age of clones, and the market seems more healthy then ever. PCC's remain a segment of the market that continues to thrive, and I'd argue that delayed roller blowback offers real advantages to straight blowback AR-9's or even more expensive options (is that even possible?) like the MPX fully tricked out.

The video attached has most of the details, but suffice it to say, the gun ran flawlessly. I expect no less from a gun made on HK tooling, even if that tooling is older than I am.

I happen to live in VA, so shipping from Atlantic Firearms is very quick, which is one of the reasons I continue to order from them. I know they have a presence here on the forums, and I want to say thanks for their continued support of our niche. The more people we get into HK style guns the better.

Bill will be getting the trigger pack soon, and thanks to Joe for making some badass handguards!

One thing I know I will do right away, is replace the bobbed hammer with a conventional spur hammer. However, I'm not quite clear on which one is correct for the USPC. Is it the "new style" (link above) or the "old style" (link below)?

Both these parts reference the sear is being the deciding factor, but I don't know how I would know which my gun will have.
Can someone please shed some light on this for me?

P.S. There is also a "Match" hammer, which looks to be the same as the other two - at least visually.

List,

Having finally trained enough with my new(er) 45C, I want to move it into CCW duty. That said I want to find a IWB leather holster for it.

I have heard about TT Gunleather (slim IWB) and High Noon (slide guard), but I thought to ask list members specifically what brand/models of leather they have experience with and would recommend.

As far as details I think I would prefer:

- either cow or horse hide,
- some kind of lining to protect the 45's finish,
- slide guard to separate me from the hammer,
- open muzzle design.

Budget is up to $200 for a superior product.

Afternoon Gents. New to the site and HK's in general. I'm currently 3 days into my CA mandatory 10 day wait on my new USP45. I cannot wait! I've owned an airsoft USP trainer for a number of years and always loved the controls. In my opinion they're second to none right there with the SIG P's. Anyway, what is the purpose of the flared underside trigger guard on the USP? I'm assuming its another trigger protection function?

I sold my USP 45 recently and have a Streamlight TLR-3 Weaponlight I'd like to try and sell.

This TLR-3 has Streamlight's Part #69222, which is Streamlight's offering with a clamp specially designed to fit the Fullsize USP's proprietary rail.

This weaponlight has the newest output for this model (125 lumens). I believe the original TLR-3 had 90 lumens.

The light is in excellent condition, as I only purchased this light three months ago. It has only been hand tightened onto my handgun and I didn't get a chance to shoot my USP with the weaponlight on... so no powder residue to worry about, or scratches, dents, etc.

I would like to sell this weaponlight for $60, which includes the price of my shipping it to you, via USPS Priority Mail.

I don't have PayPal or other online money transfer accounts, so would take a check or money order. I would mail once the check clears, or mail within a day of receiving a money order.

If it happens that more than one person wants to buy the light, I'll sell it to the first person who agrees to buy it, by their stating so in this thread.
