I just had a problem with my USP 9, the decocker would take a tremendous amount of force to get it to work. My other HK's would decock with ease compared to this gun. Called customer service, they gave me a RA, gun was sent in via ups. Received the gun back today, four days later, no charge and the decocker works beautiful. Great customer service. On the other hand, there is sig, what a rude group of guys. Sig charges money up front just to look at your problem, then finds ways to not fix anything and ship back to you. I have since sold all my sigs, at a loss, but am happy to be done with them.
