Trial Period For The Premier Member Forums?

When will trial "visitation rights" be granted to the Premium Section? I'm interested in becoming a Premium member but I'd like to see if I can survive the political aspects of some of the forums. I have my own views on stuff and don't mind participating but don't want to wind up causing any issues.
