Had to get my hands on one just like everyone else here. But I wasn't very impressed. It looks like an XDM to me and for some reason it doesn't feel as "solid" as my P30. Can't explain why, it just does to me. The trigger is definitely better than almost all stock HKs (all but the P7 series and match triggers probably) but my P30 has been to Grayguns, and I think it is better than the VP9 stock trigger.
So in my case the VP9 didn't offer anything over my P30 so I sold it. Figured I should sell it quick so I wouldn't lose any money on it. I actually ended up selling it for a profit. I probably would have kept it if I I had one of each HK pistol available already, but I don't...
