Hello all,
I am new to HK's. I just got my first one. A USP full size .40. It shoots very well and is very accurate. I've shot just about every brand of gun out there and this a fine pistol, but I have some reservations. First, the grip is like a FN, in that it is rough (it's not bad, but sharp up front when gripping). The trigger is not that great compared to other models. Single action is sweet, but that double is a real pain compared to other brands. My other reservation is the mags, they seem very cheap and similar to a glock mag without the metal inserts. I am concerned about their long term durability and bulging from long term ammo storage. Does HK make or anyone else make a metal mag? Does anyone have any recc's on grip stippling? Thanks
