USC to ACR stock conversion. Do I need to add US made parts?

I got a used ACR stock that has already been converted to use a stock block that fits my USC.
It all fits fine and will replace my original stock, but can I run this as it is? Or do I need to add US parts to satisfy that lame importing law (forgot the actual name of the law).
