Pulled my sear gun out today and noticed some issues. When I pull the trigger I feel some binding. I removed the trigger pack to inspect and I noticed two things.
1. The Trip lever feels a little loose. Compared it to another SEF pack with a registered sear and it wasn't as tight.
2. I think I found the binding culprit. Looks like the primary trigger sear is just catching the trigger/catch return spring halfway through the pull. The front end of the trigger sear is making contact with the catch return spring right where the two sections cross.
Last time I fired it went fine. I put about 700-900 rounds through it and had maybe 1-2 jams at most. I'm looking to bring it out to a shoot in two weeks and don't want any issues. I will be dissembling the pack in the morning to get a better look. I'm assuming I will need to order a new spring at the least. Anyone else come across these issues?
