New (to me) CA89K problems

I just picked up a CA89K pistol on GB with 5 mags and voodoo case for $1900, couldn't pass it up. It was used, but not much. I plan on SBRing it and want to make sure it works before that. I took it out today and put 84 rounds thru it before I was fed up with stove pipes and failure to ejects. It ranged from every other round to I got a good 5-6 rounds rapid fire before it jammed. I disassembled it before and after firing and noticed the bolt was much looser on the LP/Carrier than every other roller locking gun I own. (91, 93, 51, 53). The bolt also falls out when turned muzzle up without using cocking handle to pop it out of battery.

I used cheap ammo, only stuff I could find in stock, could be the problem, 115 grain Hotshot Elite from Czech Republic. Other stats:

#16 locking piece (according to "The List", It should have a #28 with the 5.5" barrel, 3 lug adapter PDW style gun)
-4 rollers
ATI mags (I have heard these are shitty, need to confirm with an HK mag)
Unknown bolt gap, I don't have feeler gauges,

I want to get the muzzle threaded either 1/2x28 or 14x1 LH (if it will fit, already have piston) for my Osprey45 suppressor. That in mind, I think I need the low pressure locking piece. I bought 1000 147 grain projectiles to load subsonic rounds, to be primary food for this gun.

From every other thread I have read about this, I think I start with ammo and/or mags, then locking piece, rollers, extractor and/or extractor spring could also be replaced easily. What says the hive?

I also picked up that USC at the fun store for a cool $1200. It will of course be converted to UMP and SBRed, so lets do one order from HKparts for all parts.
