I am new to HK firearms and polymer guns so I am looking for your input. I noticed a couple of lines, stress cracks?, on the frame of my new P30 (50 rounds fired). They are very small hairline size near the muzzle. It starts on the underside near the picatanny rail and continues up the side to the top. If I run a fingernail over it it will catch. They might have been there when I bought it as they look
nearly the same as other lines in the molding process so I might have overlooked them. However, today as I was finishing up a dry
fire session I looked at them more closely and I am not so sure they should be there. My new unfired HK45 does not have any lines in that area. Is my OCD getting the best of me? Is this normal to polymer guns? Very small crack, no wiggle, does not appear deep?
I have included some pics. Is this something I should be concerned about.?
Thanks in advance
